We work hard to give our consumers the greatest purchasing experience possible. We collaborate with three major shipping carriers FedEx, UPS and USPS to expedite delivery and make sure your products get to you/your clients safely and as soon as possible.We are currently shipping products worldwide.

When we complete and fulfll your order, we’ll send you a tracking number and the date the order was shipped.
WRONG ADDRESS OR CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Wrong Address
If you have given us the wrong address and if you are not at the incorrect address at the time of delivery, there then the product will be returned to our store at your expense. For providing the wrong address you have to bear the full shipping cost.

Change of Addressee
We are unable to re-route the shipping of an order after the carrier has picked it up from our company. However, if you need to change the place to deliver your order prior to the carrier picking it up from our company, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order: info@mediaxpress.net or +1.612.872.8284.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the carrier. Then, contact that carrier’s customer service department to report the damage. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact the carrier's customer service for the next steps.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the goods are sent. Your order can be canceled without incurring any fees! For your cancellation to be effective, your order must be canceled within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, order cancellations are no longer accepted.
HAVE ANY RESTOCKING FEES?
No, we don't have any restocking FEE.
