Digital Disc Screen Printing

Your discs are printed using our Tapematic six–color digital screen printer, one of only a few in the country. Each disc is cured with UV light, just like traditional screen-printed discs, making them 100% waterproof and highly durable.

This advanced process ensures your DVDs look and feel like professionally manufactured retail products, without requiring large production quantities.

Digital Printing & Packaging

MediaXpress also offers high–quality short–run digital printing for all of your packaging needs. Our 13” × 19” digital press can produce a wide variety of printed materials, including:

To make preparing your artwork easier, we provide electronic templates for all of our products. These templates help ensure your files are properly formatted for printing and production.

File Upload & Authoring Services

MediaXpress offers a convenient file upload tool for sending your artwork and disc content. For files larger than 2GB, we also provide an FTP upload option.

In addition, we offer CD and DVD authoring services to ensure your content is correctly prepared for duplication and distribution.
